A defensible trade-off

RiseWell made a deliberate choice to use micro-scale rather than nano-scale hydroxyapatite, and it is honest about the reasoning. The evidence on nanoparticle safety in oral care is reassuring, but "reassuring" is not "settled," and some people would rather not be early.
