Bite exists to solve packaging, and it does. Glass jar, compostable refills, no plastic tube. If that is the problem you are trying to solve, nothing else in this ranking comes close.
The format has a cost. You chew a tablet, it breaks into a gritty powder, and it becomes paste only once your wet brush works it around. The first several seconds are dry and abrasive. Most people either stop noticing within a week or never make peace with it, and there is not much middle ground.
